  • Limited Warranty

    Contact A3 Systems Corporation at sales@a3scorp.com regarding all repair requests, equipment warranty issues or operation questions. A completed service request rorm is required with each request. After we receive your service request, an A3 AeroTech representative will respond to obtain more detailed information and help resolve your problem.

    A3 Systems Corporation products are warranted to be free of manufacturing or material defects for a period of one year after shipment to the original customer. This is solely limited to the repair or replacement of defective components. This warranty does not cover the following items:

    • Parts required for normal maintenance
    • Parts covered by a component manufacturers warranty
    • Replacement parts which may have a 90-day warranty from date of shipment

    If you have a problem that may require service, contact A3 Systems Corporation immediately. Do not attempt to repair or disassemble a product without first contacting A3 Systems Corporation, as any action might affect warranty coverage. When you contact A3 Systems Corporation, be prepared to provide the following information:

    • Product Make
    • Product Model Number
    • Product Serial Number

    Description of the problem. If warranty coverage is approved, either replacement parts will be sent or the product will have to be returned to A3 Systems Corporation for repairs. A decision on the extent of warranty coverage on returned products is reserved pending inspection at A3 Systems Corporation. Any shipments to A3 Systems Corporation must be shipped freight prepaid. Freight costs on shipments to customers will be paid by A3 Systems Corporation on any approved warranty claim.

  • Payment Terms

    All orders are subject to a credit check as well as review and negotiation of customer terms and conditions.  Payment terms are: deposit, unless otherwise stated; the balance due Net10 days. These terms may differ with dollar amount of purchase order and credit review.

    A3 Systems is not authorized to collect sales tax in ANY state except Virginia.  30-day credit terms to customers based on approval by A3 Systems Corporation. New customers may fill out our online credit application and deposit required.  Standard terms to customers that have not established credit with A3 Systems Corporation are company check, or wire transfer.

    MasterCard, Discover, Visa and American Express are not accepted for U.S. or approved international orders.  All export orders require prepayment in full via wire transfer prior to shipping, unless credit or credit card payment has been pre-approved.Purchase orders issued with a tax amount to be collected will not be accepted.

    A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% APR) will be assessed on any balance not paid within 30 days of the invoice date.  If it is necessary to place the account into collection proceedings, purchaser shall be responsible for all collection costs including witness’s and attorney fees.

  • Freight Terms

    All shipments are FOB Origin from factory, unless otherwise noted. Detention fees are $50 per hour past two hour mutual agreed pick-up time.  Deviations to dimensions, shipping window, location, or tank condition may result in a price change.

    Freight quotes subject to availability and may be subject to change due to escalating fuel prices. Delivery dates are always subject to change and/or possible fuel surcharges added on day of shipment.  Return shipments must be pre-approved by A3 Systems Corporation and freight prepaid.
